Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Must include original packaging and invoice.

• Returns are applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
  
  

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

• Refund will be completed within 5–7 working days.

• Refund method: bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (as applicable).
  
  

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available if the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  
  

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damaged claims.

• We currently provide delivery only inside Bangladesh.
